ZERO OIL AIR FOIL BEARING
All TURBOWH/WL products are equipped with zero-oil air foil bearings. Maintenance costs are significantly reduced due to the absence of oil lubrication system.

In addition, air foil bearings are free of friction and abrasion. The life of the product is increased while replacement/maintenance costs are greatly reduced. Our in-house designed top foils make the bearing even more durable and reliable.

TURN DOWN RATIO

Compared to competitors, TURBOWH/WL equipment offer a turndown ratio of 40~100%, which is around 30% wider range compared to our competitors. Therefore, energy savings due to partial load can be greatly reduced, while increasing user convenience, reducing costs and achieving efficiency.

1. ARE TURBO BLOWERS ANTI-EXPLOSIVE?
TURBOWH/WL turbo blowers are explosion proof blowers designed for hazardous areas across industries. WL Series is IECEx (anti-explosive) certified and CE, NRTL certified(OPTION).

2. WHAT IS AN APPROPRIATE TEMPERATURE FOR OUR PRODUCT/BLOWER ROOM?
TURBOWH/WL control system ensures safe operation between -20 and 40 degrees. Humidity is assumed as 65%, but it can be used in the field where humidity is 100%.
