CONTINENTAL INDUSTRIE’s TC radial blowers are modern machines designed to compress large quantities of air/gas, ranging from 1,500 to 60,000 m³/h, at low compression levels. Their operational reliability is enhanced through the minimization of contact parts and continuous monitoring of working parameters. The incorporation of advanced technologies in machining impeller blades results in high compression efficiency (exceeding 85%) and overall superior performance.
Due to our commitment to enhancing our performance and dedicating a significant portion of our resources to research, Continental Industrie can now provide you with a comprehensive range of machines. These machines are capable of delivering dry, clean, and pulsation-free air in volumes ranging from 1,000 to 65,000 m3/hr. They can achieve relative pressures of up to 1.8 bars or vacuum pressures of up to 6,700 mmH2O (WG).
Continental Industrie Gas Boosters can operate within a range of pressures, specifically from 100 to 3,000 Nm3/h, achieving pressures up to 400 mbar. The actual performance depends on the blower size and intake pressure. Acknowledging the critical importance of safety in gas handling systems, we have integrated various safety features into the design and construction of our blowers and extractors. These are suitable for handling inert, toxic, corrosive, flammable, and air/gas mixture applications. Special features have been incorporated to ensure airtight construction, preventing any air or gas leaks. Continental offers ATEX blowers designed for EX-zones 1 and 2, particularly for landfills and biogas applications, drawing on the experience gained from thousands of installed ATEX equipment.
