Fluidization bed furnaces are commonly employed to incinerate waste or sludge from wastewater treatment plants. The principle of fluidized bed combustion involves heating a bed of sand and suspending the sand particles through a system of air injection nozzles. The combustible material is introduced into the bed, where the high temperature of the sand ignites the material, and the active movement of the fluidized sand particles completes the incineration of the combustible materials.

The Multistage Centrifugal Compressor plays a key role by supplying the air that fluidizes the sand bed. This air is also utilized to provide the necessary oxygen for the combustion of waste products. The performance curve of our Compressor spans a wide range, allowing for a variable flow rate that can be adjusted based on the amount of waste to be incinerated. Additionally, our Compressors are used to supply air to the burner responsible for heating the sand bed.
